Job Description
**Job Title** Management Controller (F/M) **Role Summary** Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions for a construction-focused organization. Job Description
**Job Title:** VRD Project Manager (Male/Female) **Role Summary:** Lead and execute high‑value VRD (Roads, Works & Utilities) projects from study to completion, reporting to the Group Purchasing Director. Your mandate is to optimise technical and financial solutions, drive competitive offers, and elevate group-wide VRD processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Achieve cost‑efficiency targets and improve procurement practices. - Foster collaboration across sales, engineering, and construction teams. - Provide strategic input on VRD purchasing and design standards. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Technical Support** – Advise commercial and project teams on VRD matters. 2. **Design & Optimization** – Develop and refine solutions for earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure networks. 3. **Study & Consultation Pilotage** – Lead briefing documents (DCE), evaluate tenders, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. 4. **Construction Oversight** – Conduct technical and financial control, validate addendums, and oversee hand‑over of completed works. 5. **Internal Training & Strategy** – Define and train group-wide VRD procurement strategy and best practices. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years experience in a VRD design office or civil engineering firm. - Proficiency in soil‑moving calculations, network design, and dimensioning. - Advanced knowledge of Mensura, Covadis, and AutoCAD. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and project‑management capabilities. - Excellent written and spoken English; French preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification in civil or construction engineering, preferably with a focus on earthworks or utilities. - Relevant certifications in project management or VRD design are advantageous.
