**Job Title:** AI Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that leverage pretrained models, copilots, and Azure services to embed AI capabilities into enterprise workflows. The role entails building production‑ready, secure, and scalable systems, integrating data sources, and ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions on Azure within defined quality and security standards. - Collaborate with solution architects and platform teams to scale and maintain AI systems. - Apply responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and data security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and deploy AI-based solutions using pretrained LLMs and Copilot technologies. - Design prompt flows, plugins, and orchestrations in Copilot Studio and Azure Functions. - Securely integrate enterprise data sources (APIs, Graph, RAG, event‑driven patterns). - Maintain Power BI dashboards for AI‑enabled insights. - Instrument telemetry, monitor reliability, performance, and cost. - Troubleshoot and provide technical support for deployed AI solutions. - Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigation with architecture and platform teams. **Required Skills:** - ≥4 years software engineering experience, ≥1 year Generative AI (LLM) application development. - Proficiency in Python, PySpark, R, or SQL. - Experience with Azure AI services (GPT, Codex, DALL·E), Azure AI Platform, Data Factory, Synapse, Cognitive Services. - Knowledge of big‑data tools (Spark, Databricks) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, explainability, and responsible AI. - Security best practices for AI (encryption, access control, endpoint protection). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Azure or Databricks certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks ML Professional, Databricks Data Engineer Professional) preferred.
