**Job Title:** Payroll Manager (100% Full‑time) **Role Summary:** Lead and secure the end‑to‑end payroll function within a large public‑hospital environment. Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, manage payroll‑related social and tax declarations, and coordinate closely with HR, finance, IT, and institutional partners.
