Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Principal Salesforce Architect leading enterprise‑scale solution design, technical strategy, and delivery across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
Expectations: 12+ years of professional experience, 7+ years focused on Salesforce, 5+ years architecting multi‑cloud solutions, 5+ years developing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and 4+ years integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical roadmap and governance for Salesforce initiatives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
- Lead custom application development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and databases via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
- Optimize platform configuration, workflows, process builders, and flows for performance and user experience.
- Mentor and coach senior and junior developers on best practices and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to translate complex requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Establish governance standards, coding guidelines, and compliance frameworks for deployments.
- Champion adoption of advanced Salesforce features (Einstein AI, Flow, Industry Clouds).
- Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce ecosystem trends and emerging tools.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud configuration and administration.
- Advanced development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Platform Events.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and deployment tools (Gearset).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Platform Developer I/II, System Administrator.
