Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Role Summary: Lead the design, integration, and evolution of an organization’s technical infrastructure. Develop and execute a technology roadmap, architect solutions across hardware, software, and networks, and ensure alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions, mentor technical teams, and maintain high system performance and security. Demonstrate advanced architectural judgment, project ownership, and stakeholder collaboration to meet business and regulatory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall technical architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Integrate hardware, software, and network components into cohesive systems.
- Design and document current, transition, and future state architectures for a single discipline.
- Architect, deploy, and manage SailPoint Security Cloud solutions for provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems (Lawson/Taleo/MDStaff), disconnected applications, and cloud platforms.
- Develop RBAC models, access policies, and certification campaigns to satisfy SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and enforce best practices.
- Oversee application onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain system performance and security.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related technical leadership roles.
- Advanced infrastructure design expertise (OS, virtualization, networking, integration, endpoint, security, cloud).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
- Experience with IAM, SailPoint (4+ years hands‑on), and security cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of RBAC, LDAP, Active Directory, major databases, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, or SailPoint certifications (preferred).
