Job title: Digital Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Own and stabilize the digital marketing infrastructure during a period of major transformation. Deliver end‑to‑end functionality for CRM (Salesforce), website CMS, integrations, paid digital activity, and analytics, ensuring all systems operate reliably, meet compliance, and generate actionable insights.
Expectations
* Ensure the technical integrity of all digital marketing tools and data flows.
* Maintain high availability and performance of CRM, CMS, and paid media accounts.
* Provide regular performance reporting and optimisation recommendations.
* Act as the primary technical liaison for developers, suppliers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
**CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce)** – Own day‑to‑day use, build and test automated journeys, manage segmentation, data hygiene, consent, email deliverability, and troubleshooting.
**Website & CMS Management** – Lead the new website launch, manage CMS structures, templates, publishing workflows, coordinate content migration, QA, accessibility, SEO, and act as the main marketing contact for developers/suppliers.
**Integrations & Third‑Party Tools** – Manage integrations between Salesforce, CMS, analytics, Google Ads, and other tools; document processes, proactively identify risks, and ensure seamless system interactions.
**Paid Digital Activity (Google Ads)** – Restart and run grant‑funded Google Ads/Microsoft grants, plan & optimise campaigns, ensure compliance with grant requirements, monitor performance, integrate with CRM journeys and website reporting.
**Analytics, Insight & Reporting** – Own digital performance reporting across channels, maintain tracking, tagging, dashboards, translate data into insights, support campaign evaluation, and board‑level reporting.
**Campaign Delivery Support** – Work closely with campaign/content teams to ensure technical delivery supports creative ambitions; support build and delivery of digital assets for major initiatives; ensure landing pages and digital journeys are scalable, accessible, reliable.
**Governance & Best Practice** – Maintain system, process, and workflow documentation; ensure GDPR/data protection compliance; promote continuous improvement and digital best practice.
Required Skills
* Proven digital marketing or marketing operations experience.
* Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce for marketing and automation.
* Experience managing a CMS‑driven website.
* Skilled in system integrations and working with external suppliers.
* Strong analytics, tracking, and reporting capability.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities autonomously.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred.
