**Job Title** Consultant Expert Microsoft 365 **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 tenant administration, strategy, and security across an organization of 200+ users. Lead tenant configuration, licensing, compliance, user training, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft roadmap. Serve as the primary liaison between the IT team, SOC, and end‑users to maintain a secure, compliant, and productive Microsoft 365 environment. **Expectations** - Deliver all mandated documentation (training videos, user guides, policy documents) by specified deadlines. - Conduct periodic security reviews and align tenant settings with ISO/GMP and internal cyber‑governance standards. - Own the implementation of Copilot, Intune device management, Azure Information Protection, and MDT optimization. - Train the IT staff to autonomously conduct pedagogical sessions and empower end‑users. - Maintain service health monitoring, incident response support, and usage reporting. - Coordinate with procurement to optimize licensing costs and negotiate renewals. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
