Recruitment Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment marketing for a remote, high‑growth startup. Design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert a diverse student audience into qualified job applicants. Serve as a student advocate, leveraging AI tools and data to drive continuous improvement in student engagement and conversion rates.
**Expectations**
- Own the full student funnel: from awareness to completed application.
- Deliver measurable conversion improvements in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
- Build and refine community initiatives and ambassador programs to boost word‑of‑mouth referrals.
- Operate with high autonomy, creating and testing new strategies while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop scalable communication plans across email, SMS, social media, podcasts, text, WhatsApp, Reddit, and emerging digital channels.
- Create and manage email cadences, group sessions, office hours, AMAs, and newsletters.
- Use HubSpot and AI automation to personalize outreach and maximize engagement.
- Own and continually optimize the student portal (students.clasp.com) for conversion.
- Launch role‑specific peer communities, running small, community‑driven events and ambassadors.
- Collect, analyze, and translate student feedback into actionable improvements for messaging and partner positioning.
- Collaborate with Partner Success to align recruitment goals with partner needs.
- Track key metrics (application completion, time‑to‑completion, role‑level conversion, attrition) and report insights.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of recruitment marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a related service sector.
- Proven ability to create and scale multi‑channel marketing campaigns with clear conversion metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication across email, SMS, and social platforms.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, AI tools, and data‑driven decision making.
- Highly organized, systems‑oriented, and comfortable managing complex funnels.
- Ability to conduct 1:1 student interactions and large‑scale outreach simultaneously.
- Experience with community building, ambassador programs, and event management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- HubSpot certification or equivalent inbound marketing qualification is a plus.
