Job Description: **Job Title** Salesforce Developer **Role Summary** Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions for the VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI). Deliver secure, scalable features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs while ensuring compliance with federal security standards. **Expectations** - Provide high‑quality development and integration services on a 12+ month contract. - Achieve timely delivery of enhancements and sustainment tasks. - Maintain compliance with Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop custom applications, components, and integrations with Apex, LWC, and API services. - Implement complex business logic, triggers, workflows, and automation. - Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems. - Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and administrators to refine requirements and deliver solutions. - Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management. - Maintain technical design documents, deployment procedures, and user documentation. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API integration. - Knowledge of Salesforce security, compliance, and federal standards (FedRAMP). - Experience with structured DevOps and CI/CD practices (Copado, Gearset, Git). - Strong problem‑solving and collaborative teamwork skills. - U.S. Citizen with Public Trust clearance (current or ability to obtain). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree + 5 years Salesforce or relevant software development experience, **or** - Associate’s degree + 7 years Salesforce experience, **or** - High School Diploma/GED + 9 years Salesforce experience. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). ---
