Job Description: **Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Develop and enhance best-in-class API management platform features through end-to-end design, implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Focus on technical excellence, customer problem-solving, and innovation in high-performance engineering environments. **Expectations** Hands-on contributor with 5+ years of application development experience. Prioritize technical rigor, customer support, and knowledge sharing. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced, client-facing environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with Product Owners to define and deliver product features. - Design and implement end-to-end features, including API development, front-end integration, and visualization. - Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain and optimize codebases during Tech Sprints. - Investigate and resolve customer support tickets to ensure high-quality user experiences. - Document processes and create knowledge articles to enhance customer understanding. - Participate in peer knowledge-sharing initiatives (e.g., internal tech talks). - Support cross-functional efforts to improve development tools, processes, and customer onboarding. **Required Skills** - **Backend:** Java 17, Spring (Data, Security), JPA, JDBC, Spring Data. - **Frontend:** TypeScript with Angular 17 or equivalent modern framework. - **Testing:** JUnit 5 for automated testing. - **Databases:** Relational databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). - **Messaging:** Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or equivalents. - **CI/CD:** Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Maven, Yarn. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and customer-focused issue resolution. - **Communication:** Clear technical and non-technical collaboration with global stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. No specific certifications required.
