**Job title**
IT Project Manager – ERP & Document Management (GED)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end implementation, integration, and support of ERP and GED systems. Act as the nexus between business units and IT, translating functional needs into technical specifications, overseeing deployment phases, ensuring ongoing support and service quality, and driving automation, data, and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, risk matrices, and status reports.
- Interface with business processes to ensure ERP and GED solutions meet functional requirements.
- Lead or collaborate on system configuration, customizations, data migration, and testing.
- Coordinate deployment activities, cut‑over strategies, and post‑go‑live support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, data quality improvement, and AI integration.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of ERP project management experience (implementation, upgrade, or migration).
- Strong knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and GED/Document Management concepts.
- SQL proficiency and familiarity with automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VBA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
- Understanding of Legal Tech or data‑privacy regulations preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) advantageous but not mandatory.
- ERP‑specific certifications (e.g., SAP ABAP, Oracle E‑Business Suite) considered a plus.
