Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Project Manager **Role Summary:** Assist in the end‑to‑end delivery of small‑ to mid‑size technology projects and workstreams, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing stakeholders, and supporting governance and process improvement within a dynamic change environment. **Expectations:** - Proactive ownership of delivery activities. - Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks. - Strong organizational, reporting, and communication capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full lifecycle of assigned projects and workstreams. - Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and progress reports. - Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Track timelines, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Support delivery governance and contribute to continuous process improvement. **Required Skills:** - Experience in a Junior PM, PMO, or delivery role within a technology setting. - Familiarity with Agile project lifecycles and cross‑functional delivery teams. - Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planner, or comparable Microsoft suite products. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). - Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, Scrum Master) are preferred but not mandatory.
