Job title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in‑app) to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value. Leverage customer data for personalized messaging, automated journeys, and performance optimization. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality campaigns that meet key performance indicators, continuously refine strategies through testing and analytics, and support CRM tool enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, segment and launch email, push and in‑app CRM campaigns. - Build and optimize automated journeys using decision splits, delays, dynamic content, and entry/exit criteria. - Write engaging, on‑brand copy tailored to customer segments. - Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, generate insights, and share learnings to inform strategy. - Collaborate with growth, trading, category, and analytics teams to align CRM with trading moments and promotions. - Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. - Support CRM Lead in testing and implementing new CRM features and automation enhancements. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years CRM, email or digital marketing experience (e‑commerce/retail preferred). - Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Customer.io. - Strong analytical skills for audience segmentation and performance evaluation. - Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting tweaks. - Experience with A/B testing and customer journey optimisation. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau). - Excellent written communication and collaboration. - Commercial mindset, detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in email marketing or CRM platforms are preferred.
