Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic direction for an AI‑driven architecture visualization platform, translating user research and analytics into a coherent, prioritized roadmap. Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from concept and wireframes to engineering handoff and launch—while driving growth, engagement, and retention in a SaaS environment. Expectations: * 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AEC or complex SaaS. * Proven record of defining, launching, and iterating feature‑rich products. * Strong UX foundation and ability to produce wireframes and concept sketches. * Data‑driven decision maker comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration. * Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management. * Agile product development experience (Scrum/Kanban, backlog grooming). Key Responsibilities: * Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and user needs. * Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and prioritize features using data insight. * Translate insights into actionable planning, balancing long‑term vision with short‑term releases. * Produce wireframes and UX concepts, collaborating with the Product Designer. * Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and analytics teams. * Identify and implement growth‑oriented initiatives to boost engagement and retention. Required Skills: * Product lifecycle ownership (research, strategy, design, launch, iteration). * UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping (Sketch, Figma, or equivalent). * Analytical thinking; comfortable with user data, funnel analysis, and metrics. * Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder alignment. * Proficiency with Agile workflows, backlog management (Jira, Azure Boards, etc.). * Familiarity with modern web/tech stacks (React/Node, Typescript) is a plus. Optional/Bonus: * Background in UX design and prototyping. * Growth hacking experience; knowledge of user acquisition and retention tactics. * Experience with CAD or 3D modeling tools (Blender, 3DS Max). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field preferred; no mandatory certifications.
