**Job Title:** IT Technical Project Lead
**Role Summary:** Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, aligning technical execution with business strategy. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Promotes agile and DevOps practices for efficient solution development.

- Lead technical governance, quality assurance, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and post-delivery support.
- Define delivery plans, timelines, and milestones with stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction, conduct design/code reviews, and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects, business analysts).
- Mentor technical staff and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit trails, and testing protocols.
- Optimize delivery frameworks and tools for iterative improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations teams for post-launch support.
**Required Skills:**
- **Technical:** Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps. RESTful APIs, microservices, SDLC (waterfall, agile).
- **Leadership:** Cross-functional team management, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, risk mitigation.
- **Methodologies:** Agile/Scrum, DevOps, backlog grooming, test strategies (unit, integration, UAT).
- **Governance:** Process compliance, solution assurance, audit documentation, quality assurance practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in Agile (Certified Scrum Master, PMP) or cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS) preferred.
