**Job Title:** Head of Cloud Delivery
**Role Summary:**
Leads the strategy, operation, and optimization of cloud delivery and application services, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing multi‑cloud environments for UK&I customers. Drives digital transformation, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives while shaping the future direction of the Data, AI, Cloud & Modern Infrastructure line.
**Expectations:**
- Reduce total cost of ownership through standardization, automation, and effective vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver services within budget and improve operating margins.
- Influence change, challenge norms, and promote continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and the global organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end cloud delivery strategy, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Lead delivery teams supporting critical services for UK&I customers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and maintain a technical roadmap balancing modernization and investment.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the Data, AI, Cloud & Modern Infrastructure business line.
- Implement governance, risk, and compliance controls (patch, vulnerability, privacy).
- Align infrastructure delivery with strategic objectives and evolving client needs.
- Define and realize synergies between Cloud, Data, and AI to create innovative, competitive solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement via event tuning, root‑cause automation, and predictive analytics.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Deep expertise in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and public cloud service delivery.
- Proven experience in cloud migration program governance from assessment to optimization.
- Knowledge of AI trends and ability to integrate AI/analytics into delivery models.
- Budget planning, cost analysis, and operational cost optimization (people & vendor spend).
- Vendor relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Expertise in automation, CI/CD, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Solid understanding of security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
- Optional but valuable: ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or similar governance and project management certifications.
