Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Shopify Role Summary: Own the vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end execution of Shopify‑based product initiatives. Drive collaboration across product, design, engineering, and business to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven features for e‑commerce merchants. Expectations: Deliver on roadmap KPIs, continuously iterate based on performance analytics, maintain strong stakeholder alignment, and champion a user‑centric product culture. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the Shopify product roadmap from ideation to launch. - Define product vision, goals, and success metrics. - Partner with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality Shopify features. - Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. - Prioritize features based on business impact and user value. - Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features. - Ensure alignment between product, business, and customer needs. Required Skills - 5+ years of Product Management experience. - Hands‑on experience with Shopify products or platforms. - Deep understanding of e‑commerce workflows (catalog, checkout, payments, apps). - Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in agile environments. - Strong data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
