Job Description: **Job Title:** IT Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Consultant (PRA SI) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide IT disaster recovery and business continuity framework. Establish governance structures, develop recovery plans, formalize procedures, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure rapid, reliable restoration of critical applications and services. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end PRA SI solutions for complex, heterogeneous environments transitioning to agile operations. - Influence IT and non‑IT stakeholders, presenting and challenging existing continuity strategies. - Produce detailed documentation, dashboards, and exercise protocols that demonstrate operational readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and roll out global PCA/PRA governance within the IT Division. - Analyze current state, craft action plans for a unified IT crisis and cyber‑security management system. - Formalize backup procedures and draft an initial PRA SI roadmap. - Identify quick‑wins to strengthen the resilience of critical applications. - Define precise business inputs for recovery conditions and gather requirements with PCAs. - Lead functional modeling with urban planners to pinpoint sensitive components. - Update and author recovery procedures, collaborating with operational teams as needed. - Plan and conduct IT crisis drills to validate system effectiveness. - Integrate business continuity needs into application and infrastructure design, liaising with resilience counterparts. - Build quarterly dashboards to track roadmap progress and highlight KPIs. - Define a comprehensive SI continuity policy. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in PRA, DRP, or business continuity (ISO 22301, ISO 27000). - Project management fundamentals (PRINCE2/PMP). - Experience structuring governance, policies, and operating procedures. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication (internal/external). - Analytical mindset for risk assessment, component sensitivity, and quick‑win identification. - Ability to design dashboards and report on progress. - Fluency in English; French language proficiency is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Continuity, or related discipline. - Certifications: ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent. - Additional certifications in cyber‑security or risk management preferred.
