Utilize a provided B2B database to prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision‑makers in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region, driving the pipeline for the commercial team. **Expectations** - Operate exclusively on a freelance or auto‑entrepreneur basis. - Demonstrate at least 6 months of successful cold‑calling or SDR experience. - Achieve and surpass monthly appointment targets. - Maintain rigorous, accurate CRM data entry and prospects’ status tracking. - Provide field‑level feedback and insights to the sales team. **Key Responsibilities** - Query and qualify the supplied B2B database of construction firms, promoters, and project managers. - Initiate outbound calls to present end‑of‑construction cleaning services. - Assess client needs (volume of projects, frequency of cleaning required, geographic zone). - Apply internal qualification criteria to prioritize prospects. - Schedule qualified meetings with buying decision‑makers for the sales team. - Update and enrich CRM records with prospect interactions and follow‑up actions. - Monitor prospects through to appointment confirmation, relaying updates to the team. - Deliver market intelligence and feedback on B2B construction sector trends. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication in French. - Strong telephone etiquette, objection handling, and persistence. - Familiarity with digital tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage a flexible schedule. - Ability to analyze prospect data to optimize conversion rates. - Proven ability to convert database leads into qualified meetings. **Required Education & Certifications** - No formal education prerequisite; basic business or commerce background welcomed. - Sales or CRM certification (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Salesforce Administrator) considered an advantage.
