Coordinate volunteer recruitment, scheduling, accommodation, and welfare. Expectations - Collaborate closely with logistics, communications, and animation departments. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. - Maintain precision and organization in all event‑related tasks. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the implementation of the full suite of summer outdoor events, focusing on the 6000D Trail. - Contribute to on‑site management of event logistics and resources. - Track and report on material, human, and administrative requirements for each event phase. - Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and participants to ensure seamless event delivery. - Manage communication tasks, including social media, mailing lists, and event promotion.
