Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Manager – Male/Female **Role Summary** Drive customer integration, adoption and satisfaction for a portfolio of SaaS and on‑premise software publishers. Act as the primary liaison for operational issues, working closely with Account Managers, technical support and project teams to secure renewal, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. **Expactations** - Deliver 100 % customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics. - Achieve customer renewal targets and growth goals in collaboration with the sales team. - Maintain project deliverables on schedule and within budget. - Proactively resolve escalations and ensure timely communication of status to internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute onboarding for new client accounts, ensuring smooth transition to production. - Lead day‑to‑day account management: monitor usage, run satisfaction surveys, conduct interviews, and produce action plans. - Coordinate joint account reviews with Account Manager, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities from usage data. - Partner with technical support to triage and resolve incidents, escalating to engineering when necessary. - Collect and analyse customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements. - Develop and implement client retention strategies and process enhancements. - Maintain accurate records in CRM, track engagement metrics, and update dashboards. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a consulting, SaaS, or software‑edition environment. - Project management skills: lead projects from kick‑off to delivery. - Strong technical aptitude – knowledge of infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud (Azure, AWS) and storage concepts. - Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑orientation skills. - Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑moving team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2 to Bac +4) in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Azure, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
