Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary** Senior Software Engineer in the Group Information Systems team responsible for supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft FSCM and related ERP applications. Works independently to design, develop, and implement complex technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems and alignment with business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions for ERP systems. - Act autonomously, making strategic technical decisions that drive business outcomes. - Partner effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams. - Champion DevOps practices and cloud‑based deployment strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop PeopleSoft ERP solutions using Java, SQL, XML, and relational databases. - Architect and maintain integration frameworks, including RESTful APIs, to connect ERP with internal and external systems. - Lead and support cloud‑native initiatives (IaaS/PaaS) and continuous delivery pipelines. - Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to ensure solution quality and timely delivery. - Provide expertise on Blackline and other financial systems integration. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of technology architecture experience with a focus on ERP (PeopleSoft). - Proven senior software engineering background. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and relational database design. - Experience with REST API design and integration strategies. - DevOps and cloud environment experience (IaaS/PaaS). - Familiarity with Blackline or similar financial platforms. - Ability to work independently and make impactful decisions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Java SE, AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent) are preferred.
