**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end marketing for a rapidly growing professional sports brand. Own strategy, creative development, digital advertising, content, and fan acquisition across web, email, social, and in‑arena channels. Drive measurable growth in ticket sales, community events, and fan engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable campaign performance (ROI, CPM, CPL, conversion).
- Maintain tight deadlines and cross‑department collaboration.
- Adapt strategy based on analytics and market trends.
- Act as brand guardian across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for tickets, camps, and community events.
- Design graphics, emails, social visuals, and short‑form video using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write copy for ads, emails, and website updates.
- Manage paid social (Meta Ads Manager) and search (Google Ads) campaigns; monitor metrics and apply optimizations.
- Update and maintain website and landing pages via CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow).
- Build and manage email lists; design and send targeted campaigns.
- Create editorial calendars for fan app and website.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital, in‑arena, and community platforms.
- Support partnership activations and event marketing; generate leads and drive funnel progression.
**Required Skills**
- 2–4 years of marketing experience (sports, entertainment, or small business).
- Proficiency with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) competency.
- Web/CMS experience (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
- Data‑driven mindset: analyze reports, identify trends, and iterate.
- Excellent organizational skills, meeting deadlines, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Creative thinking with a pragmatic execution focus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Preferences: certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related digital advertising credentials.
