**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist / Office Manager **Role Summary:** Provide technical and administrative support to maintain studio operations, ensuring seamless IT functionality and a well-managed workspace. **Expectations:** Balance first-level IT support for hardware, software, and productivity tools with office management tasks, including vendor coordination, supply management, and event organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, resolving hardware/software problems (MacOS, Windows, SaaS platforms, animation software). - Manage IT inventory, deploy configurations (e.g., JAMF), and escalate complex incidents. - Oversee office logistics: coordinate vendors, maintain facilities, manage supplies, and support HR/staff requests (events, security, cleanliness). - Collaborate with IT leadership on user account management and system updates. **Required Skills:** - Advanced MacOS proficiency; intermediate Windows skills. - Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Airtable) and animation software (Adobe, Toon Boom). - Experience with MDM solutions (JAMF), ticketing systems, and inventory management. - Strong bilingual French/English (technical and conversational). - Organizational agility to prioritize IT and operational tasks. - Microsoft Office proficiency; basic Photoshop knowledge preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. - Certifications in MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF) preferred but not required.
