**Job Title:** Graduate Developer – AI Implementation Engineer **Role Summary:** Entry‑level engineer responsible for designing, building, and delivering customized AI‑driven customer experience (CX) solutions. Acts as a technical liaison between clients, project managers, and product teams, balancing consultancy duties with hands‑on implementation and ongoing optimization. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality AI solutions that meet client objectives. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. - Manage multiple assignments independently while meeting deadlines. - Continuously learn and apply emerging AI and SaaS technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop AI‑powered CX applications using Python, C++ and REST APIs. - Conduct client workshops, requirement reviews, and troubleshooting sessions (~50% client‑facing). - Create secure integrations and ensure scalable, maintainable code. - Provide post‑deployment support, performance monitoring, and solution optimization. - Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to inform feature road‑maps. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Python and C++. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Solution‑oriented mindset with ability to work autonomously. - Basic project‑management capability (prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent recent graduate status). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or projects in AI, NLP, or SaaS considered a plus.
