Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Senior)
Role Summary
Senior full‑stack developer responsible for the design, development, and technical direction of a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Acts as a tech lead, coordinating a team of developers, overseeing architecture, setting coding standards, and managing project delivery while ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement WMS solutions using React (JS/TS, Redux) for the front‑end and Java (Spring, MyBatis) for the back‑end.
- Manage and optimize Oracle and MongoDB database interactions.
- Build and maintain Docker containers; configure Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and provide architecture guidance.
- Plan and estimate project tasks, coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, and track progress.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity for future maintenance and onboarding.
Required Skills
- Front‑end: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3.
- Back‑end: Java, Spring Framework, MyBatis, SQL (Oracle), MongoDB.
- Tools & Platforms: Docker, Linux shell, CI/CD practices.
- Leadership: team supervision, project management, mentorship, effective communication, problem solving, strategic decision‑making.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Java, Spring, or related technologies are a plus.
