Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Account Manager **Role Summary:** Support existing customers of a subscription‑based market‑intelligence platform by managing onboarding, training, and ongoing account support. Drive renewal rates and upsell opportunities to increase lifetime value while maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Achieve a high renewal rate for small‑to‑medium sized enterprise customers. - Identify and secure add‑on service sales to expand account value. - Deliver proactive, quality service across the full customer lifecycle. - Collaborate with Key Account Managers to relieve higher‑value tasks while gaining independent account ownership after initial training period. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct user onboarding and product training sessions for new and existing clients. - Respond to routine customer support queries and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in Vitally CRM. - Monitor subscription usage; proactively engage clients to prevent churn. - Identify upsell opportunities; coordinate with Sales/Key Account team to close additional services. - Prepare renewal and performance reports for internal review. - Contribute to knowledge base and customer self‑service content. - Participate in quarterly team reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks. - Customer‑centric mindset with strong empathy and active listening. - Resilience under pressure; calm and professional in challenging scenarios. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data‑savvy. - Comfortable with video communication and basic social‑selling activities. - Familiarity with Vitally or similar customer‑success platforms is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training. *(Optional but advantageous: interest in public policy or current affairs; prior startup experience; familiarity with social‑selling tools.)*
