**Job Title:** DevOps – Platform Engineer (F/H)
**Role Summary:**
Drive the design, deployment, and evolution of AWS‑based cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms. Enable high‑availability, secure, and reliable environments for development, staging, and production through IaC, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
**Expectations:**
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
* Strong command of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps tools (Argo CD).
* Demonstrated ability to maintain production systems, monitor performance, and lead technical improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build, maintain, and scale AWS infrastructure (network, compute, security) using Terraform.
2. Manage and upgrade EKS clusters; containerize applications with Docker.
3. Develop and refine GitLab CI/CD pipelines; enforce GitOps workflows via Argo CD.
4. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to meet SLOs and availability targets.
5. Proactively track and plan for component upgrades, deprecations, and security patches.
6. Document architecture decisions, standards, and best‑practice guidelines.
7. Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment practices and operational reliability.
**Required Skills:**
* AWS architecture, networking, security, and compute services.
* Docker containerization and Kubernetes (EKS) orchestration.
* GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
* GitOps with Argo CD.
* Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform; familiarity with Ansible is a plus.
* Strong monitoring, logging, and incident‑response fundamentals.
* Proactive, result‑oriented, and effective communicator.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator) preferred.
