Job Description

**Job Title**: Data Engineer **Role Summary**: Designs and maintains end-to-end data pipelines to deliver timely, accurate data to departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, develops dashboards, and automates processes to enhance operational efficiency. **Expectations**: - Full ownership of data pipeline projects - Cross-departmental collaboration to translate business needs into technical solutions - Development of data-driven dashboards and reports - Implementation of process automation to reduce manual work - Ensuring data accuracy and standardized master data management **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines (ingestion, processing, analysis, visualization) - Create user-friendly BI dashboards and reports for business insights - Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, JSON, CSV) into a unified source - Optimize data quality and reliability through governance practices - Drive automation and innovation in data workflows **Required Skills**: - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent - Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling (e.g., star schema) - Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake), data warehousing, and ELT solutions - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and cloud architecture design - Ability to manage APIs, databases, and file formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) - Fluency in Dutch, French, and English **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Certifications not specified.
