**Role Summary**
Shape and execute industry‑specific growth strategies for small‑to‑medium businesses on TikTok. Translate data‑driven insights into actionable plans that enable clients to scale, influence product roadmap, and drive SMB adoption across multiple verticals.

- Deliver measurable growth impact for SMB clients in targeted industries.
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams to align strategies with platform capabilities.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adapt strategies to emerging opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop compelling value propositions and go‑to‑market playbooks for industries such as entertainment, food & beverage, education, finance, tech, and more.
- Partner with Marketing Science, Data Science, and Product to translate industry trends into practical tactics that drive revenue growth.
- Design creative solutions, strategic value packages, and playbooks tailored to industry challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating how TikTok can achieve their business goals.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to scale vertical intelligence across the organization.
- Identify and engage key influencers, mapping their networks and content consumption habits.
- Provide product feedback and influence platform features that meet client needs.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of one or more content & services industries (education, entertainment, finance, insurance, real estate, tech, etc.).
- Strong analytical ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; proven ability to craft narratives and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Executive relationship‑building and consultative sales experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or strategic roles with demonstrable business impact.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Familiarity with ad‑tech, automated solutions, and social/video advertising ecosystems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing credentials) are a plus but not mandatory.
