Job Title: Head of Systems Role Summary: Lead the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of core business systems (CRM, Finance, ITSM, Billing, HR) within a cloud‑focused environment. Expectations: - Deliver enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business, data, and technology strategies. - Lead a high‑performing systems team, mentor, and develop talent to progress toward a CIO role within 3–4 years. - Communicate technical priorities and progress to non‑technical stakeholders. - Drive automation, upgrades, and migrations to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
