Job title: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator
Role Summary: Lead Salesforce administration with a strong focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). Manage daily operations, configure and optimize quote‑to‑cash processes, translate business requirements into scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds, and collaborate with developers to deliver custom Apex and LWC functionality.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, compliant Salesforce configurations, streamline Q2C flows, maintain data integrity and security, and provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day‑to‑day Salesforce admin tasks: user provisioning, role & profile management, security, data hygiene, and automation.
- Design, configure, and maintain Revenue Cloud components: CPQ product catalog, price books, quoting rules, billing components, and integration points with ERP systems.
- Capture business requirements, author detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Build declarative elements—Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Custom Objects—to support revenue processes.
- Develop and test Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL queries, and API integrations as needed.
- Maintain audit trails, change logs, and documentation for SOX compliance and system governance.
- Conduct UAT, facilitate end‑user training, and provide post‑deployment support.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, partner with cross‑functional teams, and manage project timelines.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Administration (advanced), Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing), and core Sales & Service Cloud expertise.
- Proficient in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow) and declarative security (profiles, permission sets).
- Strong development skills: Apex, SOQL/SOQL, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Business analysis: requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and user story creation.
- Experience with Q2C processes and revenue recognition.
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) mandatory.
- CPQ and/or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
