Job Description
**Job Title** Technical Support Engineer – Installation & Services **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive technical support for the company’s installation and service operations. Act as the technical liaison for pre‑sales and after‑sales activities, manage customer support tickets, conduct on‑site installations, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain accurate equipment records, and identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a technical support or engineering role. - Excellent relationship‑building skills; must be fluent in French and English (written & spoken). - Highly proficient in IT tools and software, including Salesforce ticketing systems and standard office applications. - Ability to travel internationally as required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Pre‑sales technical assistance to sales and project managers. 2. Post‑sales technical support to after‑sales teams and clients. 3. Log and process client support tickets in Salesforce, prioritising based on urgency and time‑zone differences. 4. Communicate with clients via email and phone until tickets are closed; ensure timely resolution. 5. Administer post‑ticket satisfaction surveys. 6. Deliver client training both at company premises and on site. 7. Execute commissioning, supervision, and installation of customer systems. 8. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on site. 9. Update and maintain client equipment files, including user and installation details. 10. Provide first‑line technical contact upon delivery of new installations. 11. Monitor installed machine fleet; advise clients on maintenance, spare parts, and service contracts. 12. Verify completeness and accuracy of technical documentation provided to clients. 13. Escalate design defects or improvement needs to the R&D/engineering department. 14. Report potential upsell opportunities for new hardware during site visits. 15. Produce weekly activity reports covering ticket status and intervention summaries. **Required Skills** - Technical: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; knowledge in automation, mechanics, mechatronics, or pneumatics. - Problem‑solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Communication: Clear written and verbal communication in French and English. - Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive client engagement. - IT literacy: Comfortable with Salesforce ticketing, ERP/MIS, and common productivity software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BAC +2 to BAC +5) or equivalent in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline. - Professional certifications (e.g., ·) are advantageous but not mandatory. ---

**Job Title:** QHSE Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system. Ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk prevention, and support external audits to maintain ISO certifications within a rapidly growing medical fluids company. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and QHSE coordination. - Proven ability to work independently, organize tasks, and drive initiatives in a dynamic SME environment. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills. - Fluent French (written and spoken) and good comprehension of written English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, update, and maintain QHSE procedures in collaboration with process owners. - Oversee the QHSE documentary system, ensuring version control and accessibility. - Monitor regulatory requirements, update mandatory registers, and conduct HSE surveillance. - Lead risk prevention programs (DUERP, job analyses, prevention plans, PPE, work instructions) and track corrective actions. - Conduct internal audits and field inspections; prepare for and support client and external audits. - Perform gap analyses, root‑cause investigations, and manage corrective/preventive actions. - Facilitate QHSE awareness, training sessions, safety inductions, and internal communications. - Manage environmental aspects such as waste handling, chemical safety, and best practices. - Contribute to the upkeep of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and optionally ISO 13485 certifications. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 13485 preferred). - Experience with audit planning, execution, and non‑conformance management. - Strong risk assessment and mitigation expertise. - Excellent documentation and record‑keeping abilities. - Proficiency with standard office software and QHSE management tools. - Effective training and facilitation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g., ISO auditor, OHSAS, NEBOSH) are advantageous.
