**Job Title:** QHSE Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system. Ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk prevention, and support external audits to maintain ISO certifications within a rapidly growing medical fluids company.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and QHSE coordination.
- Proven ability to work independently, organize tasks, and drive initiatives in a dynamic SME environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
- Fluent French (written and spoken) and good comprehension of written English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft, update, and maintain QHSE procedures in collaboration with process owners.
- Oversee the QHSE documentary system, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Monitor regulatory requirements, update mandatory registers, and conduct HSE surveillance.
- Lead risk prevention programs (DUERP, job analyses, prevention plans, PPE, work instructions) and track corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and field inspections; prepare for and support client and external audits.
- Perform gap analyses, root‑cause investigations, and manage corrective/preventive actions.
- Facilitate QHSE awareness, training sessions, safety inductions, and internal communications.
- Manage environmental aspects such as waste handling, chemical safety, and best practices.
- Contribute to the upkeep of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and optionally ISO 13485 certifications.
**Required Skills:**
- In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 13485 preferred).
- Experience with audit planning, execution, and non‑conformance management.
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation expertise.
- Excellent documentation and record‑keeping abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software and QHSE management tools.
- Effective training and facilitation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g., ISO auditor, OHSAS, NEBOSH) are advantageous.
