Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant Event Project Manager **Role Summary** Support the production and coordination of the Deauville Sport Images Festival and other BITL events, ensuring timelines, vendor relationships, and content delivery meet project goals. **Expectations** • 6‑month full‑time internship starting February 2026 • 60 % onsite at BITL headquarters, 40 % remote (increasing to 100 % onsite near the festival) • Legal internship agreement and statutory internship stipend **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor production of the festival’s photographic exhibitions, maintaining schedules and coordinating external vendors. - Build and maintain relationships with participating photographers, collecting captions and editorial text. - Oversee production of the festival catalogue and organization of the auction. - Collaborate with the digital communications agency on content creation and website updates. - Assist with general event logistics and participate in the festival during opening in June 2026. - Manage production of other BITL exhibitions and events. - Update and animate the BITL website. - Support B2B communication via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing. **Required Skills** - Project management and event communication experience. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Strong writing, editing, and orthographic accuracy. - Advanced Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress skills. - Knowledge of the cultural and photography sectors. - Understanding of copyright and image‑rights law. - Organizational rigor, dynamism, stress resilience, interpersonal communication, and teamwork orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s level (M1/M2) in business school, ICAR, Sciences Po, or similar cultural‑engineering program. - No specific certifications required.
