Job Description

Job title: AI Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain AI models within a proprietary end‑to‑end pipeline to deliver operational and financial improvements for industrial clients. Focus on neural networks, machine learning, and large language models, integrating state‑of‑the‑art techniques to support decision‑making and KPI optimization. Expactations: Deliver scalable, production‑ready AI solutions that enhance process efficiency, yield, throughput, and predictive maintenance. Increase model accuracy and operational ROI. Communicate technical findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and extend neural network, ML, and LLM components of the AI pipeline. - Design robust models and experiment with new techniques for KPI and performance optimization. - Build agent‑based workflows to support multi‑step analytical reasoning and continuous monitoring. - Prototype, evaluate (statistical and business metrics), and deploy models to production. - Collaborate with Domain Engineers to identify and solve industry‑specific challenges. - Translate complex technical concepts for cross‑functional teams. Required Skills: - Python, SQL proficiency. - Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow. - MLOps experience: full model lifecycle from development to deployment. - Knowledge of ML algorithms in data science, industry best practices. - Experience with LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation, LangChain, LlamaIndex. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related field. - 1–3 years of AI/ML algorithm development experience (new graduates welcome).
