**Job Title:** Scrum Master – Salesforce **Role Summary:** Lead Agile delivery for federal Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud) projects, guiding sprint ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring compliance with federal security and ATO requirements. Serve as a catalyst for delivery momentum and architectural integrity while mentoring teams and coordinating with stakeholders. **Expactations:** - US citizenship with ability to obtain federal security clearance. - Remote/hybrid work (US‑based, DC Metro area) with occasional on‑site visits to customers, Salesforce offices, and Thunder office in Tysons Corner, VA. - 5‑7+ years of Agile facilitation experience in complex, regulated environments. - Proactive problem‑solving and strong stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and run Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) tailored to Sales/Experience Cloud implementations. - Oversee end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, eliminating blockers and keeping CRM solutions audit‑ready. - Drive Agile governance and align delivery with federal RMF/ATO milestones. - Implement performance tracking and reporting across Salesforce and AWS environments. - Mentor development and consulting teams on Agile best practices. - Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce to ensure sprint alignment with platform standards. **Required Skills:** - Expert facilitation of Agile sprints and use of automated PM/compliance tools. - Strong understanding of NIST RMF and federal ATO processes. - Proven leadership on large, complex Agile projects within government frameworks. - Strategic thinking to align technical velocity with federal business objectives. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. - Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred).
