Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Intelligence & Data Analyst – CRM & Reporting **Role Summary:** Analyzes and transforms data from CRM and other business systems into actionable insights and self‑service reporting solutions that support executive decision‑making and operational efficiency. Develops and maintains dashboards, standard and ad‑hoc reports, and ensures data integrity across integrated platforms. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely standard and ad‑hoc reports for leadership. - Design and sustain a dynamic self‑service BI environment. - Maintain high confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA). - Proactively identify improvement opportunities and support cross‑functional initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards/reports in Salesforce/360 View, Cognos, Financial Performance Suite, and S&P Global. - Ensure CRM data integrity and seamless integration with other systems. - Perform in‑depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. - Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) with leadership. - Execute ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources into unified reporting structures. - Produce ad‑hoc analyses and specialized reports as directed. - Document reporting methodologies, data sources, and process workflows. - Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to align reporting solutions with strategic goals. - Provide training and guidance to end users on metric interpretation and CRM functions. - Manage special projects, assign tasks, and mentor team members as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (Cognos, Power BI, etc.). - Strong expertise in report/dashboard creation, data modeling, and ETL integration. - Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer‑service orientation. - High attention to detail, ability to work independently and in fast‑paced teams. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to provide after‑hours support when required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 4 years of post‑secondary education in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field **or** 4 years of relevant analytics experience **or** equivalent combination of education and experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos) are preferred but not mandatory.
