We use premium grade fresh fillet and the cleanest ingredients possible to achieve products that ooze quality with a very natural ‘homemade’ appeal. Our team are highly skilled in food manufacture, technical compliance, and customer service, and all of our products are manufactured from our Dublin based production facility with no out-sourcing. Innovation and continuous improvement are deeply ingrained in our business and we strive to achieve on-trend, healthy meal options for mainstream consumers but also for those with dietary concerns.

**Job Title** Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Drive profitable growth for a premium gluten‑free chicken product line across the UK foodservice and wholesale sectors. Work closely with the Irish-based Business Sales Manager to secure new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and execute joint business plans that align with pricing and distribution objectives. **Expectations** - Achieve revenue targets for white‑label and branded products within the UK market. - Deliver a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into active accounts. - Enhance the brand’s market position as the leading choice for gluten‑free or non‑gluten‑free breaded chicken. - Maintain accurate forecasting, P&L reporting, and CRM data for all UK activities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Target and secure new wholesale and foodservice customers, meeting set sales quotas. 2. Build and sustain relationships with key buyers, distributors, and buying groups. 3. Identify and engage additional wholesale or buying opportunities, develop entry plans, and monitor performance. 4. Negotiate and implement joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. 5. Manage pricing structures and ensure consistent application across all sectors. 6. Own all aspects of UK sales: account management, new business acquisition, and day‑to‑day customer liaison with the head office. 7. Champion product and brand during trade shows, buyer meetings, and other industry events. 8. Collaborate with the Business Sales Manager on forecasting, business plans, and performance tracking. 9. Record and update all sales activity in the company CRM; maintain up‑to‑date prospective and active account data. 10. Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly performance and forecast reports in agreed formats. 11. Attend internal meetings and external events as required to support UK business development. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of new‑business hunting and account management. - Excellent rapport‑building, communication, and presentation skills. - Robust analytical ability to document P&L and forecast sales. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM usage. - Detail‑orientated, organized, and confident in stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum degree‑level qualification or equivalent business experience.
