Job Description
**Job Title** Junior Community Manager **Role Summary** Manage day‑to‑day community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Respond to comments and DMs, scout relevant trends and “out‑of‑home” conversations, adapt brand voice for diverse personas, and flag potential PR or service issues to senior staff. **Expectations** - Handle a high‑volume, multi‑brand workload with consistent quality. - Maintain brand tone across different audiences and platforms. - Meet response SLAs, identify escalation opportunities, and collaborate with account leads. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor notifications and respond to user comments/DMs within agreed SLAs. - Identify trending topics, creator posts, and other opportunities for timely brand engagement. - Switch seamlessly between brand tones (professional B2B, Gen‑Z casual, etc.). - Escalate potential crises or customer service issues to Account Lead promptly. - Track engagement metrics and produce basic performance reports. **Required Skills** - Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn social subcultures and “unwritten rules.” - Strong copywriting: concise, punchy, grammatically correct. - Ability to multitask under high volume and handle challenging user interactions. - Resilience, adaptability, and strong communication with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - 1–2 years of experience in social media community management (agency or multi‑brand client side). - High‑school diploma or equivalent; minimum educational qualifications. - No specific certifications required.
