Job Description
**Job Title** Business Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead commercial and operational activities for a technology consulting firm’s agency, managing a team of consultants, driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining internal processes. **Expactations** - Achieve and exceed defined revenue and gross margin objectives. - Demonstrate strong commercial drive and contract negotiation skills. - Exhibit leadership, mentoring, and team‑building abilities. - Communicate clearly with senior management and stakeholders. - Operate within RSE‑certified framework and represent company values. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Commercial Management** - Execute territory prospecting plan in partnership with hierarchy. - Draft, negotiate, and close proposals, contracts, and amendments. - Use pricing consistent with profitability targets. - Monitor ongoing missions, maintain contact with client stakeholders. 2. **Team & Human‑Resources Management** - Define staffing needs for technical consultants. - Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding. - Manage career development, training, and performance of consultants. - Apply corporate remuneration policies. 3. **Operational & Administrative Oversight** - Supervise mission execution and quality of Technical Assistance. - Ensure accurate activity reporting and sales administration. - Maintain consultant and mission dossiers. 4. **Reporting & Communication** - Provide timely, accurate forecasts (sales, results, scheduling). - Identify and communicate risks to senior management. 5. **Brand & Client Representation** - Act as corporate ambassador to clients, partners, and institutions. - Deliver exceptional client experience and build loyalty. - Represent company at events, exhibitions, and public forums. **Required Skills** - Sales strategy and territory management. - Contract drafting, negotiation, and closing. - Leadership, mentoring, and team development. - Budgeting and financial performance tracking. - Full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Relationship building with key clients and partners. - Knowledge of IT services, project management, and cybersecurity is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School. - Experience in B2B sales or IT consulting (preferable). - Certifications such as Scrum, ITIL, or ISO 27001 knowledge are a plus. ---
