Head of Data & Digital Systems
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the company’s digital ecosystem, ensuring reliable financial transactions, data integration, and system performance to support growth until 2030.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy and maintain payment solutions (card, PSP, ERP integration) and ensure smooth, automated billing flows.
- Implement and scale telemetry across the machine fleet; monitor emerging payment and IoT technologies.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, and ancillary tools via APIs, connectors, and automation flows.
- Oversee data quality, consistency, and governance frameworks (reference models, compliance, accessibility).
- Lead ERP enhancements to support business expansion.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue, and Ops to secure, interpret, and utilize key data sets.
- Drive automation of financial and operational processes.
- Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Lead a technical team and coordinate external service providers.
- Prioritize digital initiatives in alignment with executive strategy.
- Champion data‑driven decision making throughout the organization.
**Required Skills**
- 5–10 years of SI/Data/ERP program management, preferably across finance, operations, and commerce.
- Expertise in system integration (API design, data flows, automation) and data quality governance.
- Knowledge of payment technologies, IoT, telemetry, cybersecurity, GDPR, PCI DSS.
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands‑on operational execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficient problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and eagerness for digital innovation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent) are advantageous.
