**Job Title**
Senior ServiceNow Consultant
**Role Summary**
Design, architect, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operating model design. Devise target architectures, roadmaps, and domain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related modules, while guiding integration, automation, and process improvements.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow architectures that drive automation, standardisation, and customer experience.
- Act as a technical leader, mentoring developers, business process consultants, and project managers on best practice implementation.
- Champion adoption of new ServiceNow features (NOW Experience, UI Builder, Now Assist, GenAI) to enhance operating model effectiveness.
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and internal practice advancement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and document ServiceNow target architectures and roadmaps within enterprise transformation programmes.
- Design, develop, and configure workflows, UI components, business rules, and scripts (Jelly, Glide, JavaScript).
- Architect and configure MID Server environments for Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud Management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with multi‑cloud environments and other enterprise systems using proven integration strategies.
- Advise clients on industry best practices, product capabilities, and when to adopt or customize solutions.
- Support project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to governance, security, and quality standards.
- Participate in business development activities: proposals, RFP responses, client pitches, and thought‑leadership content.
**Required Skills**
- ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ancillary modules.
- Development in ServiceNow: scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), UI Page/Script, business rules, MID Server.
- Business process modeling with BPMN, UML, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, or other project management frameworks.
- Multi‑cloud integration experience and strategy design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or higher (e.g., Specialist – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
- Additional certifications in integration or multi‑cloud platforms are advantageous.
