Job Description: **Job title**: Scrum Master Project Manager **Role Summary**: Lead Agile delivery of modernization and migration projects, functioning simultaneously as Scrum Master and Project Manager to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes. **Expectations**: 5–8 years of combined Scrum Master and Project Manager experience in an agile software environment, with proven success in system modernization or cloud initiatives. Must excel at executive communication, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and rapid adoption of new tools and business contexts. **Key Responsibilities** - Own delivery of high‑visibility modernization/migration initiatives. - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Coach team on agile practices and sprint execution. - Coordinate onshore and offshore team members, ensuring alignment and resolving dependencies. - Track progress, risks, milestones, and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare concise status updates and executive‑level presentations. - Translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language. - Support light budget tracking and reporting using provided templates. - Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and business contexts. **Required Skills** - 5–8 years experience as Scrum Master & Project Manager in agile software development. - Demonstrated experience with modernization or cloud‑related technical projects. - Strong capacity planning, risk management, and milestone tracking. - Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders. - Ability to lead discussions, answer executive questions, and influence decision‑makers. - Experience working with offshore teams in distributed delivery models. - Quick learner of complex technical and business concepts. - Proactive, collaborative, solid soft‑skill orientation. - Proficiency with JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) or PMP (preferred).
