**Job Title:** Senior Data & AI Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the transition from traditional compliance monitoring to an intelligent, continuous assurance framework by designing and implementing real‑time AI‑driven analytics, autonomous agents, and predictive models that validate policies, identify risks, and recommend remediation in a dynamic resilience environment. **Expectations:** - Drive the adoption of agentic AI and continuous analytics for resilience assurance. - Deliver a 3‑5 year AI and compliance roadmap. - Influence senior leadership with data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations. - Ensure alignment with global standards and evolving regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect AI systems for real‑time policy validation and automated control testing. - Develop predictive analytics to forecast compliance risks and resilience gaps. - Deploy autonomous AI agents to simulate scenarios, monitor controls, and issue corrective actions. - Transform audits into continuous, data‑driven processes with anomaly detection and automated reporting. - Use AI benchmarking to measure and project organizational resilience maturity. - Evaluate system architectures for resilience, scalability, and compliance alignment. - Translate complex analytics into actionable strategies for executives and stakeholders. - Lead the innovation roadmap for embedding AI into assurance over the next 3–5 years. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in big data platforms, machine learning, and visualization tools (Python, R, Spark, Power BI, Tableau). - Proven experience in deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI‑driven compliance solutions. - Strong grounding in resilience and compliance frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, COBIT, regulatory standards). - Deep understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and resiliency engineering. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data‑driven narratives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. - Preferred certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP. - Advanced AI/ML certifications highly desirable.
