**Job Title:** Paid Social Marketing Intern
**Role Summary:**
Support day‑to‑day execution of paid, organic, influencer, and content marketing initiatives. Assist with campaign setup, content calendar management, influencer outreach, performance reporting, and cross‑functional project coordination to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
**Expectations:**
- Actively contribute to campaign planning and execution across multiple paid media channels (search, social, ABM, brand).
- Manage content calendars, coordinate with creators, and assist creative brief creation.
- Perform data extraction, reporting, and basic analysis of campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on briefs, reviews, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in setting up, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, audio, OOH, and partnership channels.
- Maintain and update content calendars for creator‑led and thought‑leader content; support creative submission and briefing processes.
- Research, identify, and coordinate outreach to influencers and creators; help manage content execution.
- Pull daily and ad‑hoc performance reports, consolidate data for analysis, and prepare insights for stakeholders.
- Support account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to ideation and light creation of social media content.
- Coordinate project timelines, calendars, and workflows to keep marketing initiatives on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on campaign briefs, creative reviews, and execution.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts (social media, influencer marketing, paid media).

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Junior status with expected graduation between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
