Job Description
**Job Title:** Graphic Designer (Proposals) **Role Summary:** Design and produce high‑quality visual content for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) responses to support win‑rate of infrastructure projects. Collaborate with proposal managers, coordinators, and SMEs to deliver branded, print‑ready and digital materials that communicate client expertise and competitive advantage. **Expectations:** - Deliver a fully branded proposal package that meets client and company standards within agreed timelines. - Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring cohesive visual identity. - Manage multiple design projects concurrently while respecting budget and specification constraints. - Provide design best‑practice guidance and optimize templates for future use. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead branding for custom proposals: create guidelines, logos, and team identities. 2. Design RFP/RFQ responses, infographics, brochures, case studies, and digital presentations. 3. Develop electronic and print assets (covers, binders, dividers, USB tags, packaging). 4. Build custom InDesign and Word templates; create editable PowerPoint templates. 5. Convert raw data (Google Earth, engineering drawings, sketches, PDFs) into technical visuals (maps, schematics, schedules). 6. Collaborate with the Proposal Manager on final design decisions. 7. Apply quality assurance checks, implement revisions, and finalize materials for print or digital submission. 8. Maintain a reusable library of graphics and templates. 9. Propose and implement design optimizations and branding updates. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - Ability to design both print and digital media, with strong typographic and layout sense. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organization, prioritisation, and attention to detail; ability to meet tight deadlines. - Self‑starter, critical thinker, and effective teamwork. - Portfolio demonstrating a range of technical and creative projects. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary credential in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related creative field. - No specific additional certifications required, but familiarity with print production processes is preferred.
