Job Title: Digital Talent Scout (Sports & Gaming) Role Summary: Identify, evaluate, and recruit emerging digital creators in sports, gaming, and gambling to expand the agency's roster. Expectations: Demonstrate a passion for the digital creator economy, proactively search for talent across platforms, manage outreach and negotiations, and maintain organized records in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Research and reach out to potential creators on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and related channels. - Build and nurture industry relationships with creators and influencers, scheduling meetings and introductions. - Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, content marketing support, and contract facilitation for new talent.
