Job Description
Job title: Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Role Summary: Lead and scale the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition (TA) function for a growing healthcare organization. Build a high‑performing recruiting team, design efficient processes, and develop forward‑looking talent strategies that support a 10‑year vision. Own TA budget, hiring governance, and DEI sourcing practices while managing executive searches and strengthening hiring manager engagement. Expectations: - Deliver scalable TA operations that improve efficiency, candidate quality, and satisfaction. - Maintain TA budget and cost‑efficiency, including agency spend. - Lead compliance, audit readiness, and equitable hiring for clinical and regulated roles. - Drive a diverse, future‑ready talent pipeline aligned with workforce trends and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Design and refine TA technology roadmap, processes, and reporting. - Create proactive prospecting and role‑specific recruiting strategies for clinical, participant‑facing, and nonclinical roles. - Implement DEI sourcing, interviewing, and equitable assessment frameworks. - Personally execute high‑impact leadership searches and mentor the broader recruiting team. - Develop hiring manager tools, training, and resources to enhance engagement and effectiveness. - Conduct workforce trend analysis and partnership with cross‑functional teams for strategic workforce planning. - Build and promote a compelling talent brand in collaboration with People and Marketing. - Structure and develop a high‑performing TA team with clear succession pathways. - Guide compensation strategy by sharing market insights and candidate feedback. Required Skills: - 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience, 3+ years managing an end‑to‑end TA function in a high‑performance healthcare environment. - Proven ability to lead both tactical and strategic initiatives. - Strong communication skills across a spectrum of stakeholders (front‑line staff to board members). - Influence without authority and ability to build cross‑functional relationships. - Expertise in workforce trend analysis, diversity & inclusion sourcing, and hiring governance. - Experience with TA technology drivers and budget management. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Advanced recruiting or HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM‑SP, HRCI, or similar). - Experience in value‑based care or early‑stage, high‑growth healthcare setting is a plus.
