**Job Title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Shape ICP-driven product roadmaps and drive customer support processes for early-stage B2B SaaS product. **Expectations:** - Clear roadmap and decision-making cadence - Faster product development cycle time (idea → spec → ship) - Measurable adoption gains, reduced recurring friction - Efficient onboarding with decreased repeat support issues - Automation of manual support into self-service solutions **Key Responsibilities:** - Own product roadmap prioritization, tradeoffs, and ICP alignment - Translate customer feedback into requirements and deliverables - Collaborate with engineering to define scope, write specs, and drive end-to-end releases - Manage full lifecycle of customer support (triage, response, troubleshooting, follow-up) - Identify recurring customer issues; coordinate fixes and prioritize product/automation solutions - Build and maintain feedback loop from support insights to product roadmap **Required Skills:** - 4-7 years early-stage PM experience in B2B SaaS - Pragmatic, hands-on builder with technical writing/execution capabilities - Customer-centric focus: converting support challenges into product improvements - Strong prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, and fast iteration - High ownership mindset with minimal ego **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field - Certifications not specified
