Job Description: **Job Title** Ecommerce Intern (Luxury RTW) **Role Summary** Support the digital and revenue growth of a luxury ready‑to‑wear brand by managing e‑commerce operations, site merchandising, customer service, and order fulfillment. Work closely with the Digital team to deliver high‑quality online experiences and drive product launches. **Expectations** - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proactively manage tasks and anticipate team needs. - Exhibit passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling. - Show curiosity about e‑commerce, marketing, and digital growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and update product detail pages (PDPs) for accuracy and consistency. - Coordinate product launches and merchandising across the site. - Conduct competitive market and trend research. - Manage customer service inquiries and support. - Oversee order fulfillment processes. - Perform quality assurance and UX flow checks on the website. - Organize digital assets for paid and owned channels. **Required Skills** - Excellent written communication and presentation skills. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive mindset. - Basic knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo) preferred. - Interest in luxury fashion and storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a U.S. university (or equivalent).
